Aubry Enterprises was introduced to the Greenlight team through our relationship with Crossland Construction to help with the rollout of their dispensary and grow operations throughout the Kansas City Market. Aubry helped Greenlight navigate the unique and unusual regulations that come with the nature of its business while successfully meeting the state's strict timeline requirements for issuing operating permits.
From a simple site plan of a retrofit of an old Taco Bell to the permitting and design of an industrial and manufacturing facility, Leading the civil engineering permitting and public engagement efforts, Aubry Enterprises helped integrate Greenlight's unique operations with the city and state requirements.
