Helping Dutch Bros Coffee
The challenge with Dutch Bros Coffee began with due diligence on not one but seven needed locations. That meant site selection, entitlements, public-facing work, procuring construction documents, and permitting for locations throughout the Kansas City metro area as well as the states of Kansas and Oklahoma.
This involved understanding the ins-and-outs of permitting and zoning for different states, in addition to each different county and municipality.
Navigating to success
Through thorough attention from the due diligence phase after ensuring total understanding of the idea and concept behind the project, we went ahead with expert site selection until the perfect locations were discovered. From there, we designed the site plans and ensured all entitlements and public interactions were taken care of as needed.
