A car wash franchise out of SEC country was looking to expand into the ever-growing Houston market but also needed a land development partner throughout their whole market rollout. Rich's wanted a consistent set of design documents and advice on site selection based on local requirements and drainage issues (see Hurricane Harvey), all while navigating the notoriously cumbersome permitting process in the Houston/Harris County area. They turned to Aubry Enterprises and together are currently working through 10 sites over the past year, with more on the way!

Through thorough attention from the due diligence phase after ensuring total understanding of the idea and concept behind the project, we went ahead with expert site selection until the perfect locations were discovered. From there, we designed the site plans and ensured all entitlements and public interactions were taken care of as needed.
